Unfortunately, we had to stop deliveries to the USA because of administrative troubles with the FDA.We hope we will re-open shippings soon.
ARE PAYMENTS SECURE ?
All payments made on our site are secured via the Stripe online payment service. All the information that passes through Stripe is encrypted using a protocol based on the highest level of protection currently available. Your bank card number is not stored.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT WAYS IN WHICH I CAN PAY FOR MY ORDER ?
You can pay for your order by bank card: debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ?
This is stored in our client database to help us give you the best possible service for your future orders. You may modify them at any time or ask for them to be deleted. Simply contact our webmaster by email via the contact page.
WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER ?
Your order is first of all submitted for online authorization by your bank. As soon as we receive online confirmation of your payment, we record your order and send you an email confirmation of the payment registration, then of the order. All orders that are confirmed before 1:00 pm are prepared that day and dispatched that evening, except at weekends or on public holidays. An order placed after 1:00 pm is considered to have been placed the following morning.
Once we have dispatched the order, we will automatically send you an email containing its tracking number.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE ?
It is preferable to place your order on the website by requesting a withdrawal in store. This makes it easier to manage orders, payments and follow-ups. It is exceptionally possible to place an order by telephone with one of our 7 Parisian boutiques (outside the busy period such as Christmas).
DO YOU DELIVER TO MARTINIQUE ?
We don’t deliver to Martinique because it is impossible to calculate in advance the amount of shipping and special see tax.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT YOUR LABORATORY ?
No, we aren’t organizing visits to our laboratory for the moment.
DO YOU ORGANIZE CHOCOLATE TASTINGS FOR SMALL GROUPS ?
We don’t organize chocolate tastings.
DO YOU HAVE STORES IN THE USA ?
No, and unfortunately we no longer ship to the USA at this time.
I’M ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS AND TREE NUTS, CAN I ORDER THE CHOCOLATE DROPS?
According to the specifications of our suppliers, there is no indication against milk and caramel drops, but there is a possible presence of peanut and nuts for 53% cocoadrops.
