Hévin-Nkolossang & Franck Morin 65% cocoa bar: In the attack, a powerful taste of chocolate, a floral, tangy note. A harmonious agreement.
Hévin-Nkolossang & Nicolas Berger 70% cocoa tablet: Powerful and woody fragrance, giving way to a slightly toasted taste and a very nice length in the mouth. A more “wild” chocolate, closer to its original terroir.
