For this new Grand Cru, Jean-Paul Hévin chose to turn to Peru. A destination that he particularly likes for the high quality of the beans he finds there. A privileged nature and a favorable climate which allow the cocoa trees an exceptional production of beans, with incomparable flavors.

This time, Jean-Paul Hévin chose to honor the planter himself, by dedicating his new creation to him. This is the reason for the name of this new Grand Cru “Yvan”

Discover all the nuances of this tender and subtle cocoa: when tasting, it begins with notes of cocoa beans then a chocolate taste. Then in the mouth you can savor notes of fresh nuts and at the end, a very pronounced floral note.

It's up to you to choose which of the 3 creations you will try because as always, the new Grand Cru is available in chocolate candy, in bars or in macaroons.
