Like the wedding dress that spectacularly marks the finale of an haute-couture fashion show, Jean-Paul Hévin ends his “Year Thirty 2017-2018” collection with “HAPPY”, a beautifully created birthday cake.
A dark chocolate birthday cake which consists of an almond dacquoise, French meringue surrounded by a dark chocolate mousse (minimum 67% cocoa). And to finish, a dark chocolate glaze sprinkled with chopped salted pistachios. A true marvel for the taste buds.
Presented in an elegant box, this all-chocolate birthday cake will be given to you with 10 candles allowing you to decorate the entire edge of the cake on its base.
