Le Pti Mousse

Pti Mousse is the ultimate back-to-school cake from Jean-Paul Hévin. But this year it was revisited in collaboration with Maison Caron. A dessert that is both good for morale and for the planet.

It brings together a great organic coffee from the Sierra Nevada and a Grand Cru cocoa from Mexico. Both imported by sailboat thanks to the company TOWT, which thus reduces the carbon impact by 90%! Click on the Pti Mousse to find out how to serve it.

Spreads

To start the day off right, you need a good breakfast! So to do this, we love Jean-Paul Hévin artisanal spreads! They come in 2 versions. The Tradition spread with a pronounced praline taste and the Crème de Noisette spread, made up of 64% hazelnuts. Always very low in sugar to enhance the nutty flavors. Enough to stock up on energy for the whole day.
