Jean-Paul Hévin invites you for Father's Day to rediscover this emblematic cake that is the Honored Saint, but this time iced!

The traditional Saint-Honoré cake is essentially composed of caramelized cabbages and light vanilla cream, all generally placed on puff pastry. This recipe initially highlights the vanilla, as well as the pronounced flavor of the caramel which, by covering the choux with its crunchy side, balances the softness of the choux.

This drawing of the delicate and delicious Saint Honoré cake seems perfect and yet, Jean-Paul Hévin, like any great pastry chef, takes on the challenge of reworking timeless pieces to create new, innovative and traditional creations at the same time. An ambitious choice which does not seem to frighten our chef, who sees in this cake a new way of introducing the public to his world.

The frozen Saint-Honoré is, as its name suggests, a cake with a vanilla ice cream parfait base placed on caramelized puff pastry and surrounded by light and delicious whipped cream. This delicious table is crowned with crunchy and soft caramel puffs. The creation is surrounded by a white chocolate decoration representing Saint-Honoré, the patron saint of bakers, with an additional number of little hearts on the top of the choux pastry, to melt your dear dad's heart.

Father's Day is a special time for those who can, to share a family moment around a good meal and end with a delicious cake that will delight the taste buds of each guest. Whether you want to experience this special moment as a couple, or in larger groups, the Saint-Honoré Glacé will satisfy you, it can be suitable for five people, counting a portion for each guest.

This iced cake is available in Paris only from store pickup, from Friday June 14 to Saturday June 15, with the decoration of little hearts, specially added for Father's Day. However, the Saint-Honoré will be available after this period, but without its heart decoration and only with the chocolate plaques representing Saint-Honoré.

And don't forget that this cake does not replace your presence, but enhances it with delicious and generous attention.
