On the occasion of this Father's Day, Jean-Paul Hévin wanted to share an unexpected combination of flavors: whiskey and chocolate.
TRAVEL BETWEEN PARIS AND TOKYO WITH HIBIKI
With a design echoing the traditional whiskey glass, Jean-Paul Hévin has imagined a pastry combining the deliciousness of chocolate and the delicacy of Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whiskey.
Milk chocolate mousse infused with cocoa beans, dark chocolate mousse blended with 75% cocoa, light cocoa biscuit subtly soaked in Hibiki whiskey, all on a crunchy shortbread with hazelnut cream and dark chocolate.

CARRÉ OR ALMOND MILK CARAMEL FLEUR DE SEL
Caramelized almonds coated with milk chocolate and fleur de sel from Noirmoutier: an absolute treat!
They go perfectly with a whiskey or a cognac which gives it a much more dynamic aromatic power. The alcohol enhances the taste of the almond by giving it biscuit notes with a very slight spicy-sweet side.
