The first pastry in a collection that will be fruity and chocolatey, Tea Time Raspberry will appear in September. This soft cake is made up of an almond biscuit soaked in raspberry coulis, a delicious 70% cocoa Cameroonian dark chocolate ganache and small squares of raspberry jelly.
