In difficult times, great remedies! The 6:00 p.m. curfew prevents you from having dinner. Never mind, Jean-Paul Hévin reinvents the snack with a suitable selection of products. A moment of conviviality guaranteed!
Whether you prefer macarons, cakes or even chocolate cake, there is no doubt that you will also love this chocolate mousse whose recipe is discreetly created by Jean-Paul Hévin.
Recipe for 2 people or 4 glasses:
1. Melt 75 g of JPH 67% chocolate pastilles in a bain-marie
2. Add 15g of butter
3. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff with 30g of sugar
4. Add 3 yolks to the whipped egg whites, mixing gently using a Maryse.
5. Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture while still hot (45°C to 50°C) using a whisk. Finish with a Maryse.
