In line with his Christmas collection “Années Pop”, Jean-Paul Hévin presents this year his “Fleur pop” cake with a very 70s feel.

An exquisite recipe: puff pastry with vanilla butter and Grand Cru Equateur dark chocolate with a heart of almond cream, Grand Cru Equateur cocoa dark chocolate chips and caramel crème brûlée.
The bean and the crown are of course added to the cake for a very festive and friendly tasting.
