Travel, with an “s”, is an important component of Jean-Paul Hévin’s profession as a chocolatier. They allow him to find the plantations in order to offer the best cocoa in the world, but also to visit his different stores in Japan and Taiwan.

But travel is also a great source of inspiration, through the encounters it provokes, between cultures, people and lifestyles. It is a source of curiosity that inspires him.

The journey without "s", in the singular, is the one created by the successful tasting of a chocolate... This tasting which recalls a childhood moment or a happy memory. Moments of dreams and pleasure that Jean-Paul Hévin constantly wishes to share through his passion for chocolate.

This Christmas collection is therefore inspired by intimate moments of Jean-Paul Hévin and various symbolisms from his travels.

A magical symbol of Christmas, the little train is one of Jean-Paul Hévin's most beautiful childhood memories. He spent hours setting off locomotives and wagons towards the distant lands of his imagination.
