Every 3 months, master chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin selects a cocoa Grand Cru which he offers in 3 variations: a dark chocolate bar, a total cocoa macaroon and a chocolate candy.
On the occasion of this return, Peru will be in the spotlight with the Grand Cru Chanchamayo, 63% cocoa. Cultivated in the center of the country, this cocoa whose citrus notes bring a touch of freshness finishes gently with aromas of honey.
To allow you to discover this new Grand Cru in different forms, we invite you to taste the Chanchamayo chocolate candy which can be found from now on in all assortments including Grands Crus such as the Grand Classique Chocolate Box or the Grands Chocolates box. Crus and Co including only Grands Crus.
As for the macaron, the new Chanchamayo will be discovered in the assortment boxes but especially in the Total cocoa macaron boxes. A special case of 5 macarons has been created for those with a sweet tooth.
And for lovers of crunchy squares, the Chanchamayo 63% tablet is available at €3.90. Don't hesitate to taste others in order to compare and better appreciate the different notes of cocoa!
