These logs are intended to be a tribute to Paris, which amazes us when we take the time to admire its emblematic monuments which are part of the city's greatest heritage riches.

The “Grand Ciel de Paris” and “Ciel de Paris” logs have been designed with a Grand Cru chocolate mousse from Peru, on a tasty Genoa bread biscuit enhanced with a pear jelly and a light mousse with vanilla.

For a spectacular effect and to add a little more deliciousness, the Grand Ciel de Paris log is enhanced by clouds of lightly caramelized chocolate whose patterns represent some of the most famous monuments of the capital.

Rediscover Paris like a tourist getting lost in the mazes of the city

The aim of this log is to offer the unforgettable memory of a gourmet and spicy log, offering for the discerning Parisian, or the passing tourist, a plea for French gastronomy.

This log consists of a pistachio Gianduja which delicately marries a flourless chocolate biscuit, a caramelized cardamom cream, to finish with a Grand Cru dark chocolate mousse from Peru.

The best way to rediscover the contrasts offered by a Parisian sunset over the city's monuments is to taste the “Sunset” travel log. It will give you a change of scenery with the presence of Sancho berry in the dark chocolate biscuit. A berry with explosive notes of lemon, mint, lemongrass and pepper.

The recipe for this travel log was specially designed by Jean-Paul Hévin to allow this delicious cake to travel. This version of the Sunset log is therefore also available for delivery by Chronopost in France but also in Europe.

A bow to the famous Parisian street lamp

So discreet and yet iconic, the street lamp is an integral part of the city's atmosphere and this log highlights it !

For lovers of frozen logs, this creation will delight with a chestnut biscuit, a morello cherry sorbet, accompanied by chestnut mousse and Madagascar vanilla whipped cream. To finish, the streetlight log is decorated with small streetlights and a French meringue.

For this Christmas 2023, Jean-Paul Hévin thought of a Grand Cru with milky and dried fruit notes whose bitterness remains mild. This choice allows a discovery or rediscovery for the most informed, of an exceptional Grand Cru.
